- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you just need a pet licenses and rabies shots then this is the place to go. Otherwise if you have an emergency please think about taking your animals elsewhere. I'm retired veteran with a limited monthly income and my dog recently needed an emergency surgery I ask the vet if I could pay it out and I was told no that they didn't run a business that way. Luckily for me the military takes care of its own I recently learned that if you are retired and receive medical benefits from the military your pets are also entitled to see an army or airforce or navy or Coast Guard vet.
